Pros

I have been with the company for 20 years and there is no other company that I would rather work for on LI. I love the culture and how they care about the employees as much as there members.

Cons

The only con is that Bethpage should be rank #1 for the best palace to work in NY.

Pros

Employees are treated very fairly. Very friendly work environment. Great benefits including 401K, gym reimbursement, paid Holidays and vacation even for part-time employees.

Cons

Bethpage has been so good to me in the few months that I have been here so far - I honestly can't think of any cons.

Pros

There is plenty of opportunity to grow your skills, your influence, and eventually your position. Hard work is often recognized and praised by upper management. The leaders of the company constantly push the core value that our purpose is to enrich the lives of our members, it isn't just lip service.

Cons

Competition in the Financial Industry is tough. And while Bethpage doesn't have the deep pockets or resources similar to companies such as Chase, Citi, Bank of America, etc, we are often held to the same standard. Our service is far superior and is the key component that sets us apart, but spreading this message is a top challenge to overcome.
