      Pros

      Opportunities to learn new skills or take on new roles or projects are endless. This company really invests in its PEOPLE. Employee feedback is taken seriously. Everyone is encouraged to participate in various corporate and community initiatives. Benefits are great and pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Branch life can be difficult at times for work-life balance, especially if your team is on the smaller side.

      Pros

      The Bethpage culture is of service--and it starts with all of the opportunities that are provided to the employees, because Bethpage knows that if you have happy employees, you will have happy members. The benefits here are absolutely insane! We get health care, vision, life insurance, 401K...all the things you expect, but then there are yoga classes, tuition reimbursement, gym reimbursement, book club, bowling club, soft ball team, golf club...and those are just SOME of the things the employees are offered. Bethpage tries to always do the right thing--for the membership and for the employees. Truly an exceptional place to work.

      Cons

      The only con, as of today, is not having a branch office in every state in the US so that this great service culture could be shared with everyone. But as the company grows, it is surely just a matter of time!
