Bethpage provides opportunities for career growth and offers high quality development. They invest in their employees and know that the key to providing the best service, is through an engaged workforce. Bethpage is a family oriented organization by involving and inviting family to work related events and programs; i.e. Walk/Run Club, Golf, Volleyball, Employee Appreciation Party, etc. If the desire and drive is there, you can go anywhere!

Cons

There aren't many cons I can think of, being that I am fully satisfied with benefits and within my position in the Credit Union.
