Cons

Interview process, internally, can be a bit longer than normal. Constant follow-up would ease potential teammates from stressing over when/if the decision is made to offer position.

I have been working at Bethpage for about 5 years and I can honestly say, this is truly a place that cares about its employees. I am extremely luck to be part of such an amazing organization! I truly look forward to what the future holds for me at Bethpage.

They care about their employees as much as they care about their members. Nothing feels as good soon as knowing that your job understands compassion, life/work balance and investing in their own employees' development. I go home knowing that they have my back!

Cons

The grass is not greener so I really wouldn't say there are any that negatively impact my morale.
