I feel valued and acknowledged every time something is done correctly. Even if done incorrectly, I am not faulted and in trouble... they find this as a learning opportunity which is only beneficial to everyone. I see a bright future in BFCU

Cons

Little to none. Training can be overwhelming, a lot of information to cramp up in ones head. But, once on the job, hands on training, it gets easier.
