      Pros

      Bethpage truly cares about their employees. They are always looking for innovative ways to improve the employee experience, whether it be team lunches, new and fun clubs to participate in, or simply allowing us to wear neat and clean denim. Growth and development of their employees remains a focal point. They encourage self-development and give us the tools, as leaders, to drive it. Overall Bethpage is a great place to work and a family not a job.

      Pros

      Bethpage is a great organization all around. The focus of the business itself is to help the members and communities that we serve. Beyond that, Bethpage does an incredible job of allowing their employees to develop themselves; whether that is for further advancement here or for them to take skills and knowledge into a different career path. Bethpage is great at keeping people engaged, informed, and happy - both members and employees.

      Members can be difficult sometimes, but that comes with any service position.

      Bethpage Federal Credit Union does an excellent job of equipping employees to be successful. Internal career development is encouraged. The full-time benefits that this company offers are very competitive. Bethpage FCU also offers a very generous 401K match program.
