I've been here less than a year, but the onboarding process has been amazing. Fox does a great job caring for its team members and helping understand each team member's needs. Many different ways to make a difference, within your role, community, or in growing.

Cons

Coming from outside of the industry, there's some acronyms that took a bit to learn, but other than that, this is a great place to work.

Difficult to find time for things. Different direction from supervisors/managers. Hard to get follow through on some requests (opportunity for advancement, shadowing other departments)
