Pay and benefits aren’t bad, better than most places

Cons

Culture is cultish and the management is sloppy. No clear direction anywhere and any results take months to see. They even call it “Fox Time”. If you don’t mind keeping your head down and following, it’s not all that bad. Not a place for forward thinkers, this place will dry you up and leave you burnt out.
