      1. Friendly, hard-working staff 2. Good corporate culture 3. Growing organization - opportunities for professional growth

      Cons

      Salaries for engineers could be higher, but Madison, WI is known for having engineering salaries on the low side due to the number of engineers graduating from UW & the relatively small number of engineering jobs (not a lot of manufacturing companies in the area)

      Franklin cares about it's employees, encouraging development classes, taking your PTO and having down time at work,

      Cons

      They hire as little people possible to do the work - being over worked and underpaid is definitely a problem here.
