      Pros

      Opportunities exist if you work hard and demonstrate capabilities. It is up to the individual to show that they are ready for the next step. This is typical of most companies - they may not look for you, you must be the shining star!

      Cons

      The level of support that I received was less than I requested. I clearly requested additional resources that were not provided. This had detrimental consequences to me personally.

      Dynamic organization with flexibility of work. Continuous challenges and new opportunities in a growing market for services. Work hard and you will see benefits,

      You need to be comfortable to work in a fast paced environment and if change bothers you, Franklin isn't going to be a fit. You might call this "Growing Pains" I see this as continuous improvement.
