      Pros

      You will be working with great people and you will also be helping to make your world more energy efficient. There are great opportunities for growth if you are willing to move to other parts of the country.

      Cons

      Contract work can end and opportunites for growth can be limited by the office that you work in.

      Pros

      This company is pretty cool to work for. The Denver office was a great atmosphere and all of the people were really good to work with. Good work/life balance. Decent pay.

      Cons

      The company works on contracts that are constantly up for bid from competitors so there's not a lot of job security. Towards the end of my time they were on a large push to do as much as you can with as little as you can. So basically you were not likely to get a raise and they did not fill empty positions in the office. Overall it was still very good though.

      Pros

      Franklin Energy is a very laid-back and fun company. Great people who are motivated and the company is doing great things for energy efficiency and the environment. This company has a lot of great opportunities for people who are early in their career.

      Cons

      Start-up company with expectations often too high in regards to work load. Leadership plays favorites and there is some politics. If you are outside of Wisconsin you don't feel like part of the company. A lot of turnover at the organization.
