Pros

Great coworkers, great opportunities, and some flexibility with scheduling. Some supervisors are great and supportive!

Cons

Some supervisors are micromanagers, too much paperwork, communication is not clear, a supervisor can drastically make/break your experience here.

Pros

friendly work environment, positive co-workers, ideas are listened to and appreciated, management invests time in training, ability to work independently and collaborate with others, tend to promote from within,

Cons

non-profit in human services means compensation isn't as high as one might hope, no other major concerns, and the first concern is completely understandable.

Pros

Not all homes are the same, clients were great, outside support services great. Great nursing staff.

Cons

Were not honest when interviewing about the position. Had good policies in place, but never backed up their staff in crisis situations, passed the buck. Rushed in training, due to lack of staff. Lots of gossiping among peers, no accountability. If short staffed, seemed like they got desperate and would hire any one.
