Pros

Fraser is a great company to work for. They seek to promote a culture that is collaborative and focused on their mission (serving individuals and families affected by a disability). Their passion and commitment is refreshing, I would highly recommend pursuing a career at Fraser.

Cons

The workload can be overwhelming. At times you must work with individuals and providers who are difficult and may not understand their role in the client's care.
