Awesome mission, dedication to all clients served. Honor to be able to work with kids and families who experience mental health challenges. Fast paced, changing work environment and many growth opportunities given needs in the community.

Cons

Challenging work that can be very stressful and staff can get overwhelmed by the complex work demands and client needs

Great co-workers and mission but not much else

Pros

Most of the people I worked with were very kind, thoughtful, and compassionate. Fraser's mission is wonderful.

Cons

Pay is much too low for how much they add to your plate. Supervisors (most) don't listen to your recommendations or concerns, play favoritism with people, and dance around important issues or avoid them all together. Was sometimes exhausting to go each day...
