Pros

Working with the Kids is super rewarding, since you see their growth every day. You begin to see them doing things that you taught them, and integrate those skills into their every day. It's great!

Cons

Pay is simply not good enough. Many other places pay $20 or more for the same or less work, and offer similar benefits. Additionally, PTO and holidays makes no sense, since you have to use PTO in order to claim sick and safe time.

Hybrid and remote options are great.

Micromanaging managers and directors. Low salary with an expectation to work 10+ hours a day

Thanks for your review and we’re sorry to hear this was your experience. We do regular market salary reviews and our Case Manager salaries are in the upper end of those reported in the Twin Cities. The Case Managers at Fraser are expected to work 8 hour days.
