Pros

Coworkers and team members were wonderful, helpful and supportive

Hyper focus on productivity and compliance. Management does not understand much about the demands of direct service delivery. Not much opportunity for advancement.

Pros

Fraser is dedicated to its mission, clients and families and emphasizes work-life balance for employees. This organization consistently staffs collaborative and compassionate clinicians and supervisors. You will experience what true teamwork is and how much of a difference it makes in your job. The healthcare benefits have also improved in the last year and I think it's overall great coverage.

Cons

The wages are not as high compared to other similar roles at other organizations and there are rarely opportunities to get a bonus. However, what it lacks in pay it makes up in many other aspects that other employers don't measure up to.
