Pros

Some supervisors are great. Decent pay. Fairly flexible.

Cons

Leadership is very company-focused vs. employee focused. Lack of warmth in workplace culture. Very high turnover rates. Very cookie cutter experience as an employee largely due to the size of the company.

Flexible schedule, but compensation and growth are lacking

Pros

Chill and flexible work schedule

Cons

Compensation seems to be the first thing to go in the company's yearly budget. This has made me and others feel undervalued. Due to funding, it's been hard for me to grow in my role. I have spent months feeling stuck.

Good people there, you get a lot of responsibility if that’s what you’re looking for

Cons

Cold and impersonal organization with Byzantine management structure removed from daily concerns of clinicians Too many organizational processes Zero black people at work, nary even an Asian or Latino
