      Pros

      Kids are adorable and fun to work with Coworkers are supportive Progress and improvement means a lot and makes you feel good

      Cons

      The supervisors are awful- so mean, half of them are remote, extremely judgmental Lack of support- zero janitorial staff, situations can get very unsafe and they do not adhere to proper protocol. Very understaffed Rooms were gross, never cleaned due to lack of time, ZERO AC
