Thank you for taking the time to write this review. The Behavior Technician role is a hard and rewarding role. Just for understanding, compensation is determined by benchmarking and filtered salary data. We consider factors such as location, experience, organization size/revenue, and other key information when determining wage. Basically, what does a role like this, in the city of Minneapolis (or similar) in an organization this size, pay? The salary data is reviewed and wages are adjusted accordingly throughout the year. If you would like to discuss wage further and review your career ladder, please contact askhr@fraser.org and we'll put you in touch with our Compensation team. Thanks again!

Pros

I love working at Fraser. I have worked for Fraser for 8+ years. I love the culture and focus on the clients. I would recommend working at Fraser. Fraser has provided me the opportunity to use my skills as a clinician, and to become a Clinical Services Manager.

Cons

I have worked for a non-profit for all of my life except for 3 years.

Congratulations on your role. When selecting employees for management roles, we consider many factors. Outside of the key factors such as licensure, education, skills, etc. we seek employees who have the ability to serve others with excellence and be a positive, influential leader. Thank you for your dedication.

Pros

Knowledgeable in the field of Autism and children services. Great expertise and relatively smoothly run operations for a company this size.

Cons

It can feel like you’re just another cog in the wheel, difficult to feel heard, and hierarchical in team staffing.
