Needs more focus on group home

Pros

Higher starting pay than comparable companies Coworkers are above average I was able to get a promotion really quickly

Cons

All of the cons that come with a group home setting. Honestly, the cons depend on the house you get. Each house has their own feel/workload depending on the Program Coordinator.

High employee turnover, hardly anyone stays more than 6-8 months, and it's not great pay for the work we do.
