      Lack of structure with clients, clients not encouraged to do things for themselves, no communication with the whole team, no support from management

      Pros

      The hours for part time are flexible. You can choose from a morning or afternoon shift. Everyone there is passionate about what they are doing making it easier to get support from peers and upper management. Many ways to move up in the company without having to be in a position for a long period of time.

      Cons

      The only thing I'm not fond of starting pay and Peking for the Minneapolis location. For an entry level position the starting oh is 10.00/HR. There is no designated parking for employees so you will have to park on the street and hopefully not get ticketed. This is a pain in the winter.

      Pros

      Extremely caring and compassionate place to work. Tons of career ladders for people to move up. this is not a place to just work but a place to fulfill your destiny in saving lives of others!

      Cons

      Cannot pay what government or for-profits pay but makes up for it in benefits and culture.
