Pros
This is a great experience working as a therapist to kids. It is very rewarding work and supervisors are always providing instruction and feedback on how to improve as well as listening to concerns of employees
Cons
The therapy rooms are/were uncomfortably hot in the summer months. We spent the whole summer with no AC which had an affect on the therapists as well as the kids. Some efforts were made to reduce the heat, but overall it was still uncomfortable.
