Interacting with the kids was fun and rewarding. Special bonds are created. Good benefits.

Cons

Low pay, many injuries, Minimal PTO, Management was not good with Covid protocol and shut downs at the start of Covid-19, Difficult to move up positions / get the required exam to get pay increase.
