Fraser is truly an awesome company. You can tell that many of the people working here care much more about the type of work they do rather than just collecting a paycheck. Lots of the culture is centered around the value of the work and my experience has been surrounded by tons of very talented professionals who do a good job of not just telling you how to do something, but helping you learn

Cons

With growing so quickly, there's always growing pains. Lots of new positions means lots of movement internally and externally from the company which can make it feel like you're always surrounded by a new team and getting caught up to pace which can be a little stressful at times

Pros

I enjoy working for a company that helps so many children and families. We have so many resources to offer. I love the people I work with and there are many managers and leaders who are supportive.

Cons

It is hard work but is so rewarding! I can't imagine a career where I wasn't helping people.

There isn't enough pto and they make it hard to balance your home and work life, I wouldnt recommend it if you have other things in life to do.
