Pros

Amazing opportunities to build relationships with coworkers and clients/families, really feel like you're making a difference, Fraser is a place that has a service for everyone even those who haven't been a good fit at other clinics/schools

Cons

Management has many jobs spread across locations, case loads can feel overwhelming

Thank you for taking the time to write this response. Working with clients and families is very rewarding. We're very proud of the work we do! As we continue to grow, we will look at the ways we are successful with cultural awareness and inclusivity--and expand further on them. In addition, we will seek new ways to be inclusive and promote cultural awareness among all populations. Thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Clients and staff. A lot of opportunities for growth and development (this is mostly due to lack of support/supervision though).

Cons

Serious lack of training and honestly. It's all politics here. If something goes wrong they look for an employee to blame to save themselves rather than looking at the whole picture and making meaningful change so the same thing doesn't happen. They work their employees to death. There is no work/life balance and employees are significantly under paid for the market.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. There are great opportunities for growth and development, we have been working hard at that. Thank you for the acknowledgment. Regarding your feedback and advice to management, there is nothing specific here we can address without further information. You are welcome to meet with our senior leadership team to discuss any concerns or feedback you have. I'd be happy to help arrange a conversation to give you the support you need. It would be difficult to be in a management role and have the perspective you do and I strongly encourage you to reach out. amanda.prince@fraser.org
