Huge egos and resistance to change push younger, talented, and passionate employees out the door.

Pros

Most of the employees are great, especially the positions doing the hard work in the clinics and homes.

Cons

Management will manipulate, lie and misrepresent a situation faster than you can blink if it means job security and advancement for them. Upper management is chaos. No one works together for the good of the company, employees or clients.

Very low hourly pay. Distant, critical administration.
