Pros

The team is supportive, and open to support coworkers in understanding daily task. Supervisors are really good at not micromanaging, and understand the importance of self care. In supervision I feel confident not just consulting about a client, but discussing any barriers I am dealing with at the time. Overall, the experience is improving each year. This year we have started an Anti-Racism processing and training group within TCM, and a BIPOC committee throughout Fraser wide.

Cons

A con would be the lack of diversity, and the fight to have proactive trainings on diversity and inclusion. This is specific to both case management and Fraser wide. The hope is that now that the BIPOC staff has received support from our non-BIPOC staff diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism will be taken more seriously moving forward (this is only relevant to Fraser Wide)
