Pros

Growth opportunities, supportive supervisors, diverse client population, manageable caseload, and many training opportunities, such as evidence-based practices.

Cons

More opportunities to work with and get to know staff at other locations. Fraser has been working to bridge this gap using the Fraser annual conference, Zoom for case consultations, and setting up meetings across the different sites.

Pros

Get to work with some really incredible kiddos and the best teammates you’ll ever have.

Cons

Pay is awful especially given the intense nature if the job. Management does not care about staff. Corporate staff is invested in the bottom line far more than the clients served. You’ll work hard and be thanked minimally.
