Thank you for taking the time to write this review. The Behavior Technician role is a hard and rewarding role. Just for understanding, compensation is determined by benchmarking and filtered salary data. We consider factors such as location, experience, organization size/revenue, and other key information when determining wage. Basically, what does a role like this, in the city of Minneapolis (or similar) in an organization this size, pay? The salary data is reviewed and wages are adjusted accordingly throughout the year.
