Pros

Flexible schedule, can do half or full days morning or afternoons in the day treatment program.

Cons

Didn't feel like management cared very much about their employees and there was not enough training provided for staff. Additionally, the pay was not very good considering how hard the work is.

Thank you! Our aim is always to provide client-centered care through the work of our amazing and talented staff! This culture is what sets us apart. Thank you for working hard to provide great service to our clients and families. Regarding PTO, Fraser adjusted PTO accrual rates to account for closed business day usage. This is in place to make sure that when we are closed, our staff are paid the same as a typical work week. If you want to discuss accrual rates further, please email askhr@fraser.org We'd be happy to talk further. Thanks again!

Profit above people

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The clients and families are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Fraser puts financial profit far above the needs of the clients and employees. Many staff people are unqualified and uncaring, but are retained because they work for low pay. When employees go to management with serious complaints it is swept under the rug. Supervisors routinely hide pertinent information from guardians and parents so they may continue running homes under par while reaping profit. The environment in many homes is negative and chaotic due to lack of management and supervision. There is a division between “office” personnel and staff people in the field, those in the field don’t seem to matter at all.
