Pros

I love working at Fraser. I have worked for Fraser for 8+ years. I love the culture and focus on the clients. I would recommend working at Fraser. Fraser has provided me the opportunity to use my skills as a clinician, and to become a Clinical Services Manager.

Cons

I have worked for a non-profit for all of my life except for 3 years.

Congratulations on your role. When selecting employees for management roles, we consider many factors. Outside of the key factors such as licensure, education, skills, etc. we seek employees who have the ability to serve others with excellence and be a positive, influential leader. Thank you for your dedication.

Pros

Working at Fraser allows me to make a positive impact on those in our community. The work culture is supportive, engaging and fun, all while keeping our clients at the heart of what we do. I look forward to coming to work every day! There are a variety of career paths, with opportunities for growth within departments, as well as across the organization. I am surrounded my passionate coworkers, who encourage my development on a regular basis.

Cons

While I am very satisfied in my current position, my particular role doesn't involve client interaction, which I miss. Thankfully, Fraser offers great opportunities to get into the community (example, the Fraser Walk for Autism!)

It's great that you were able to have an opportunity to transfer across divisions. We are committed to advancement and love to help our staff develop in their career aspirations. The Walk for Autism is definitely my favorite event because there are so many clients and kids there. They just bring joy to everyone around them.

Pros

The culture at Fraser is amazing. Everyone is driven to provide the best care to our clients and make a difference in the lives of others. I have a reason to get up and go to work every day because I feel like I am important part of the process! Fraser has Career Ladders which are a great tool to see how you can move up in your field. Generous benefits, PTO and work-life balance top it all off. I couldn't be happier here!

Cons

I didn't move to Fraser earlier!

Fraser is such a great place to work. Every organization has challenges, and for us right now it is our rapid growth. That's really a great challenge to have as it will allow us to serve more families across Minnesota. It also allows us to continue to align with ever-evolving best practices. What I love best about Fraser is that we work as a team to serve others, identify solutions, and keep moving forward to provide positive outcomes for our clients.
