Pros

Employees and clients make the experience tolerable

Cons

Horrible training, unless if a month of going over the reference guide is classified as good training.......?.. More time of hands on training would be beneficial where you can apply the material in the reference guide

Pros

The staff that you're in contact with most of the time have been great in my experience, and it's a really fulfilling job if you can stick with it.

Cons

The company is run like a business, which is good for expanding their services to other communities but not so good if your an employee. They seem to care too much about the well-being of their employees, and despite preaching self-help because of the occasional stress of the job they don't feel any obligation to pitch in to that help. Very underpaid employees as well.
