Pros

Working at Fraser feels right. I love helping our clients, working with other employees, and making a difference. Our clients receiving mental health services are unique, most having autism/intellectual disabilities and a co-occurring mental health disorder. Most Fraser programs started because a family came forward and asked for it. I've worked in our housing areas, and now the adult mental health area. Fraser builds on strengths of employees works to engage employees in discussions and decisions when possible.

Cons

Fraser mental health clinics are not private practice. I think when some therapists start here they are looking for more freedom to do what they want. However, this is also a positive because clinicians can spend time doing interventions with clients and less time with the administration side of therapy.

Pros

Lots of organizations say they are family friendly and have a work/life balance, but this is the first organization I've seen do it right. They also offer great career ladders and competitive salaries that allow you to keep growing with the organization. Executive leadership is smart, solid, and business savvy. This is a truly innovative organization that has built a strong reputation for being the best in treating autism and mental health issues. I highly recommend working here.

Cons

I don't see any negatives.
