Benefits, paid vacation, personal day. Wonderful working with flowers/plants. I love fellow employees.

Pros

Most of the people were nice. A lot of my coworkers were very pleasant people to work with and supported me in my early days at the job. There were very nice benefits as well that helped motivate me to work hard.

Cons

Management was not very good. At one point, I was scolded for making a simple mistake, despite going out of my way to do the best job I could during my time there. My manager would often give what could be considered rude remarks (being told as "jokes") to his staff that made them feel invaluable and replaceable. He was a decent guy, but some of the things he said were very passive-aggressive and a bit rude.

You know what you can expect day in and day out.

Cons

If you struggle and you share with them a mental health condition such as ADHD, they're going to find reasons to either force you down or terminate you. I have received a verbal warnings for things such as oversharing "keep in mind I have ADHD, but But no one has ever accused me of this in any job" But they're not going to provide me an example or Tell me what I said. Also if you're in management, they're going to tell you that you're not allowed to have any emotion whatsoever or show any emotion.
