Great bosses and coworkers bonuses were nice when they had them

It's a job. Nothing worth sticking around for.

Cons

Poor benefits and PTO. Their retirement match isn't so great compared to my last employer, neither is PTO. Also, they won't let use PTO for your first 4 months which is ridiculous, especially if you've earned it and need a day off. You will work a ton of hours and it's difficult to have any work-life balance. The lowest CME offerings in comparison to other hospitals.
