There is really not anyone available to do one on one training. You’re pretty much on your own. If you make any errors AT ALL you will not receive commissions for any policies you sell.

None whatsoever. I got a job here and it wasn't by choice.

This job must be OK with discrimination. They're hiring all these same "type" of people and trying to get rid of everyone else that's not like them. There's a lot of bullying going on in the offices even from jhsuasjohe DM. They force overtime but then they purposely not pay for overtime and/or not all of it and if you don't really watch your paycheck you'll miss it and that's what they want!! Their processes and systems are NOT user friendly. It's way too much work for everything you do there. Nothing is simplified! Upper management tells you one thing and do another. They LIE. These positive reviews are fake.
