      Pros

      Schedule- we only work every other day. No weekends, no holidays. Good benefits. Employer pays tuition. Good salary and raises. Tons of on the job learning and continuing education. Conferences and seminars.

      Cons

      Emotional- you get attached to patients. Work related dangers: blood borne pathogens, etc.

      Pros

      Upper management is really investing in mid and lower management as well as clinic level staff. Lots of room for advancement for those who want to be excellent at what they do!

      Cons

      Dialysis is very fulfilling, but it is hard work. It either grabs you, or it's not your thing.

      Pros

      I was proud to be a part of a company that works to improve the lives of patients every treatment. I worked for them almost 20 years and was promoted a handful of times during that period. The employee benefits are amazing, especially the paid time off!

      Cons

      As with any healthcare position, there is a lot of stress in dialysis services. When there is employee turnover, there is increased burden on everyone else in the department and frequently, staff became burned out.
