Understaffed. Understaffed. Understaffed!!! If you work here prepared to be overworked, disrespected, unappreciated, and simply put TIRED! No work life balance. Everything is about money and numbers. Patient care becomes compromised because of burnt out staff and the push to put on and take off patients instead of fully assess to make sure everything is okay. Management can care less about your wellbeing. No Thank Yous or Good Job team. Horrible ‘upper’ team. You have to depend on your team (your extremely tired and small team) to get the job done. Oh and your vacation will be denied when short staffed.. which is all the time

Management at DO and CM levels don't care about the people who do all the work. Nurses and CHTs apathetic, burnt out, disrespectful. Bottom line money, not resources.
