They say they're people-focused and emphasize this family culture which simply does not exist anymore. CEO left, SVP of HR left and more people seem to be leaving than joining so clearly something isn't right. They care more about time spent at work than the quality. HR asks for employee feedback but doesn't implement any suggestions. Too market and business-driven leading too many employees to burnout and do not help employees at all.

The HR team is run by cruel and cold people who put a lot of energy into micromanaging how hourly employees clock in and out and take lunch breaks instead of allowing them to just do their job. They seem intent on making a horrible employee experience part of your every day at fresh (for some context Google "Fresh LVMH discrimination lawsuit") FYI the defendants in that lawsuit are still very much employed at fresh. If you are a professional with talent and experience, you will do right by your career to work pretty much anywhere else.
