After 30 months into my job here, I don't feel like moving out. At the time I joined, there were around 300 odd people and hierarchy was flat. To till date it's pretty much flat. You can reach out to anyone in the organisation for any help or to get work done. As we grow, few new positions and teams are introduced. Any company in it's hyper-growth phase will have this. Can't complain. Creativity is encouraged, hard work recognised and skills enhanced. It's a great place to work be a fresher or an experienced candidate. The team here is energetic and you will find some really great people. This company is built on the hard work and goodness of it's employees.

Cons

The restructuring and hyper growth means there's rapid hiring. There are few people in managerial roles who're unfit or at least unfit to the culture of this company. They are not the stereotypical manager that you will find in TCS or IBM, but people who are talented but may not work well in the culture that Freshdesk believes in. Getting stuck in night shift. There's no rotation policy for sales teams. So unless you have a really good reason to request for a shift change, consider yourself locked in. The night shift life here is better than many other companies in India I would say. But then there comes a point where you start to feel enough is enough.
