Lacks vision, culture is toxic. This is for all intents and purposes a sales office with HQ in India. There is no diversity mostly a white sales office.

It's been some time since I left so hopefully things have changed but the entire team turned over during my tenure there. BDR senior leadership pitted reps against one another, threw people under the bus and ran good people out of the organization, all while reps averaged 30% to quota - blaming everyone else instead of admitting their GTM strategy was 10 years outdated. Definition of toxic leadership. When a rep left, they'd publicly trash that person in the weekly stand ups. Fast forward a year since I left, many of those that voluntarily left or were pushed out of the BDR department are thriving. Reps who left are now AEs or in leadership at new companies. Freshworks would rather push out great GTM talent than take a hard look at the leadership of a department.
