Like a little city Lots of opportunities Great coworkers Management worked hard to not lay anyone off while other companies were laying off workers

Cons

Pay is lower than other companies in this industry in the area Little to no communication while waiting to hear (good or bad) about a job applied for Took 3.5 months from application to hire for a part time job
