It is all about patient surveys and not patient care, patient surveys means more $$$ for the higher satisfied patients.

Cons

Politics, politics, politics, and more worried about patient surveys for reimbursement then patient care. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.Tend to favor certain employees over others.

There is a lot of nepotism here. People who have no business working at the top are there because they "Know" someone in the organization.----- Health insurance benefits are expensive.---- They will ask employees opinions regarding the company yearly. They will then have a meeting to go over results. All of the results that you hear are positive. They will never address the negatives, so frankly, why even fill out the opinion survey.

Great medical facility with great doctors and medical technology.

Cons

Hours were really long. Infrastructure problem. No support or proper onboarding at all from director or his stooge of a senior manager. Paid lip service and lied about numerous things. Very superficial.
