Management for the most part is flexible to work with. Great coworkers.

Cons

Very strict punch in policy even if there is a major snow storm. No exceptions. You will be held accountable and it will show up in your review. Normally, I do not have an issue getting to work on time. Last winter I received an email regarding being late by 3 minutes. When I explained that the roads were not plowed and icy, I was told it didn't matter.
