Froedtert is conscious and considerate of their employess, and when the economy took a downturn, they did everything they could to NOT lay off employee. They have done numerous cost saving measures to help with hiring more people as well as ensure yearly review raises. Most managers seem to be easy to talk to and friendly. Co-workers have a sense of comraderie and people genuinely care about the patients

Cons

Pay seems low when looking at the cost of living and other goods.

A good organization overall, a safe place to work for those who are comfortable runinng the same projects over and over for years.

Cons

IT management is vindictive and not welcoming of new ideas. They hold grudges against those who they see as threatening or innovative. Only supportive of those who walk the party line 100% of the time.
