17 years of 7/70 scheduling is pure Heaven!

7/70 scheduling, fair pay, no mandatory overtime, 29 weeks of work a year, lots of opportunity, better than average tuition reimbursement, cutting edge technology and up-to-date equipment.

Cons

Lots of politics, but it's a big place and it's expected, communication issues, slow computer system, rapid and continuous changes to just about everything..building, technology makes it hard to keep up, convoluted self-evaluations.

Friendly Environment Promotes strong community involvement Stresses safety first for both staff and patients. Health, Dental, and Vision benefits are very good Employees are friendly and helpful Some fringe benefits are nice, like dealership and AAA discounts

Cons

Pay is below average in IT Some benefits are on hold or possibly eliminated, like tuition reimbursement for non-clinical studies. Promotions are done through attrition, and usually have little salary increase.
