Pros

Work hours are M-F 8:00AM to 5:00PM with some overtime. Compensation for job is negotiated by union contracts which helps to keep benefits and pay higher than other locations Frontier operates. Upper management has preconceived notions and does not change opinions regardless of proof provided in the errors of decisions.

Cons

The company would like to use as much contractors as possible. The company seems to eye the dollars they can get on a contract today more than contracts over time (3 year or 5 year customer contracts).

Pros

Great culture within the work place. Managers/supervisors are very helpful with any questions or concerns as well as understanding when scheduling PTO, family emergencies, etc. Plenty of opportunities to improve yourself within the company. Great benefits and pay.

Cons

Lack of direction relating to what exactly is required out of a task. Tasks are often assigned regardless if you are exactly qualified for it or not leading to confusion and errors. Completing your tasks is often done in a trial by error or learn from your mistakes approach. PTO is set up in a use it or loose it fashion.

Pros

There is so many great things going on. There are so many opportunities to create an awesome company.

Cons

Organizational structure is counter productive. Communication is poor and cooperation is sketchy at best.
