Pros

Enjoyed my actual work I was given during my time at Frontier.

Cons

Poor pay, too cheap to put the basics (napkins, coffee) in the break rooms but worst overall a flawed vision put forth by the CEO that will only result in ultimate bankruptcy if unchanged.

Pros

The starting salary was ok

Cons

The customer always have billing issues with promotional price expiring prematurely. When there were rumors of management were going to downsized the Door to Door Sales Team from day one. When the finally did eliminate the department, they kept the team waiting for our last paycheck and they screwed up COBRA benefits. It took me almost two months to get my two months of my health insurance reinstated.

Pros

pay was very good $22 per hour, benefits excellent.

Cons

A call center is a hard environment to work in the first place but, Frontier made it worse by pushing sales, sales, sales, no matter what the customer called in for. NO matter how good your on time record is, or if you meet your monthly quota, You will be fired if you do not make a sales pitch on every call.
