Pretty flexible outside of budget season. Most recent leadership is getting better.

Cons

There is been a ton of leadership and philosophy change. Seems like it changed every time before the philosophy in place could really gain traction. Poor communication.

Well structured, people had clear tasks, and communication was going well Good colleagues!

Cons

Parts of project was being rushed making it difficult to to take over project files Morale was partially diminishing through the project for some Poor tools demanded a lot of repetitive tasks
