Pros

It was a job to put food on the table

Cons

Did not receive a pay raise in over 3 years but benefit costs increased every year so it was like losing money.

Pros

None I can think of

Cons

These people are experts are gaslighting and using people. The better of an employee you are the more work they pile on you while blocking any chances your have off moving up in the business and will outright pay you as little as they can get away with. At one point they tried to convince me that despite doing my job and my bosses job (unknowingly at that time) that I still didn't deserve a raise and I wasn't really qualified enough to get promoted to the position my boss had. Which they then asked me to train the person they hired instead of me. When brought on to the partner management side I was told my job would be the exact same as a coworker that joined with me. And that I could move anywhere in the states since my job wasn't really connected to where I was physically at. That coworker was allowed to move to Atlanta and was out in charge of a few can centers. I was then tricked into building and develope an entire department for monitoring and fixing things on the back end of 17 call centers. And when I tried to move like I was told I could ask the way up to the moment I got my offer on a house accepted they told me I would have to quit if I moved. I quit and later found out they never planned to give me the job I was promised, that I was paid WAY below the average (which I took a pay cut to move to this position), and that despite the fact they new the work load and poor treatment was leading me to a mental breakdown with me attempting suicide they didn't care and actively avoided taking any responsibility for the situation they caused.
